Pump prices down again !!!

yesterday drop another 3c , an interesting point to note is , Shell is almost always the first one to take the lead for the cut .. only then others will follow , which including our very own local firm , SPC !!! Question is WHY ? Why SPC as a local firm(govt own) dont take the lead to cut first and cut more to make our life easier , than wait out and blindly follow Shell ??? Food for thought :-))
